Dylan Hensley, a 31-year-old amputee shared why this is the second year he has participated in Drums and Dragons. “When I was 16, I was hit by a car and had to have my leg amputated. Doctors told me I would never walk again. For the past 15 years, CarePartners Orthotics & Prosthetics has made sure this isn’t true. I will be paddling at Drums & Dragons for a second year in support of CarePartners Foundation to ensure others have access to the same amazing care and opportunities to learn to walk again that I have had,” said Dylan.
