Little Trees Project- For over ten years, the Little Trees Project has been delivering decorated miniature Christmas trees to patients served by hospice and other CarePartners programs. In 2016, school children and adult volunteers decorated nearly 800 trees with handmade ornaments and heartfelt notes. There are a few ways you can volunteer to help make Little Trees 2017 a success:
Decorate a miniature tree that will be sold as a fundraiser for hospice.
Assist with transporting undecorated trees to area schools in early November.
Help receive decorated trees back from schools on drop-off day in mid-November.
Assist with transporting decorated Little Trees to CarePartners patients in late November.
Help organize a fundraising event where a portion of the trees will be sold to the public.
